Schedule of Registration for March 2012 LET Passers

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) posted the schedule of registration for the March 2012 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) passers. Elementary and secondary LET passers registration will start on May 2, 2012 and will end on May 21, 2012. However, PRC reminded that those who will not come on the scheduled date may register on May 22, 2012 onwards.

Registrants should bring the following requirements:

1. Oath Form (duly accomplished)
2. Colored Passport Size Picture with white background and complete name tag (2 pieces)
3. Colored 1 x 1 Picture with white background and complete name tag (1 piece)
4. Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)
5. Current Community Tax Certificate/ Cedula (1 piece)
6. Documentary Stamps (2 pieces)
7. 600 Pesos for the Initial Registration Fee
 8. 450 Pesos for the Annual Registration Fee for 2012-2015

 For identification, registrants should also bring their application stub or Notice of Admission (NOA)
