In the previous Civil Engineer Licensure examinations conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission, (November 2011), the top 2 spots were both from Catanduanes State Colleges Virac namely BENJIE TALAN PANTINO (98.05) and BENJAMES TENERIFE GO who got 97.35.
